This past May Buffalo + Company teamed up with sponsors Lake + Company magazine to cover the 2024 Minnesota Governor’s Fishing Opener which was held in Lake City, MN. As many know, Lake City sits right on Lake Pepin, which is historically rich with its fishing and high bluffs surrounding it that separates Minnesota and Wisconsin. Lake City is also the Birthplace of Water-Skiing. Well despite very heavy winds, the overall opening ceremonies were a success. We had a great time and look forward to covering it again next year!
